He’s especially driven by finding better, more efficient ways to operate—whether that’s through technology, team development, or refining workflows. At the end of the day, his focus is simple: deliver reliable results and be a partner customers can count on.
Lore Solis
Lore leads day-to-day operations at EG Threads, managing scheduling, production flow, and coordination across all departments.
She plays a critical role in keeping the operation running smoothly—making real-time decisions, solving challenges, and ensuring orders stay on schedule. While the company focuses on growth and strategy, Lore is at the center of execution, driving consistency and accountability throughout the production process.
Her attention to detail and hands-on leadership help ensure every order is completed efficiently and to the standard our customers expect.
Victor Arias
Victor leads screen print operations at EG Threads and is one of the most experienced members of the team.
With over 20 years in the industry—most of that time spent with EG Threads—Victor brings a deep, hands-on understanding of production across all decoration methods. While his primary focus is screen printing, he is well-versed in every area of the shop and plays a key role in maintaining quality and consistency throughout production.
Known for his reliability and long-term dedication, Victor is a go-to resource within the operation and an essential part of delivering the level of workmanship our customers expect.

With over 40 years of combined experience across screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, DTF, cut and sew, and finishing, the leadership team at EG Threads brings deep, hands-on expertise to every project.
Working closely with our production teams each day, they ensure orders are executed efficiently, cost-effectively, and with a high level of consistency. Their involvement in daily operations helps maintain the quality and reliability our customers depend on.
