Embroidery

Embroidery gives apparel a polished, long lasting finish that works especially well for uniforms, polos, hats, outerwear, bags, and corporate programs. We can produce designs with up to 15 thread colors and offer low minimums for projects that do not require a large run. Our embroidery department is built around Barudan equipment, with single head machines for smaller or specialized projects and multihead machines, including eight head systems, for larger production runs. With more than 50 embroidery heads in operation, EG Threads can conservatively produce up to 3,000 embroidered pieces in a day, depending on the stitch count and complexity of the design. We use Madeira Polyneon #40 thread and keep a broad selection of colors in stock to create clean, durable embroidery that holds up wear after wear. Our team also provides in house digitizing and sew outs, so we can help make sure your artwork is properly prepared before production begins.
