Screen Printing
Screen printing is a versatile, high impact decoration method for everything from simple one color graphics to detailed multicolor designs. We can print up to 12 colors and support high volume programs that demand consistent quality from the first piece through the final run.Our Las Vegas production floor runs four M&R automatic textile presses across two shifts, with the capacity to conservatively produce up to 32,000 print impressions per day. A range of platen sizes allows us to accommodate oversized prints, sleeves, tote bags, and other specialty products requiring high volume, high quality production.We use Avient inks, with a broad range of stock colors and the PFX mixing system available for custom color needs. That flexibility gives us the right balance of color accuracy, consistency, and efficiency for each project. Experienced operators, disciplined preventive maintenance, and thorough quality control at every stage help ensure dependable production and strong results on every run.
Embroidery
Embroidery gives apparel a polished, long lasting finish that works especially well for uniforms, polos, hats, outerwear, bags, and corporate programs. We can produce designs with up to 15 thread colors and offer low minimums for projects that do not require a large run.Our embroidery department is built around Barudan equipment, with single head machines for smaller or specialized projects and multihead machines, including eight head systems, for larger production runs. With more than 50 embroidery heads in operation, EG Threads can conservatively produce up to 3,000 embroidered pieces in a day, depending on the stitch count and complexity of the design.We use Madeira Polyneon #40 thread and keep a broad selection of colors in stock to create clean, durable embroidery that holds up wear after wear. Our team also provides in house digitizing and sew outs, so we can help make sure your artwork is properly prepared before production begins.
Direct to Film (DTF)
DTF is an ideal decoration option for lower quantity orders, detailed artwork, and photorealistic designs. It delivers vibrant, durable color on a wide range of products, including t shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and more.It is a flexible, cost effective solution that does not require a large order quantity. Our team applies each transfer with care to ensure strong adhesion, vivid color, and dependable wash durability.DTF is especially well suited for designs with fine detail, gradients, multiple colors, or artwork that would be difficult to reproduce through traditional screen printing. It is a great way to bring high quality custom merchandise within reach for businesses of every size.
Dye Sublimation
Dye sublimation delivers unlimited print colors with edge to edge, all over coverage for bold, durable custom apparel and specialty products. It is ideal for athletic uniforms, jerseys, gaiters, masks, socks, and other projects where vibrant color and full garment design matter.Our process begins with high end graphic printing on Epson sublimation equipment, followed by roll to roll fabric processing, CNC cutting, and in house hand sewn production. This gives contract partners greater control and consistency throughout every stage of a detailed cut and sew project.Because the dye bonds directly into the fabric, designs will not crack, peel, or fade. EG Threads supports contract partners producing high impact uniforms for basketball, baseball, motocross, and other sports programs, with durable performance built into every piece.
Patches, Pins & Chenille
Patches, pins, and chenille add a distinctive, elevated finish to apparel, headwear, bags, and specialty merchandise. Choose from embroidered, woven, 3D puff, leather, rubber, sublimated patches, custom pins, and chenille to create a look that fits your brand, team, or program.We make the process easy from start to finish.
