Dye Sublimation
Unlimited print colors with edge-to-edge, all-over coverage. EG Threads handles full cut-and-sew athletic uniforms, gaiters, masks, socks, and specialty items. Our On Demand Print Flow is a fully integrated system for selling and distributing branded merch—no pre-purchased inventory or stock to manage. Customers or employees order directly through your online store, and everything routes into our Fulfill Engine for production. We handle it all in house: garment sourcing, decoration, finishing, packaging, and shipping, typically within 5–7 business days.
