PSST stands for Pack Separately, Ship Together — SanMar's contract decorator program, established in 2009. It ships orders free with no exclusions (including closeouts and oversized items), delivers them pre-sorted, includes a 2% spoilage protection plan, charges no restock fees, and provides a daily manifest and a dedicated service team.
